Hi, The problem you suggest you had with poppers I think is due to the fact that what is now sold as poppers is NOT amyl nitrite. Amyl nitrite is classifed as a medicine so can only be sold from a pharmacy. What is now sold as poppers is in fact  butyl nitrite or isobutyl nitrite.
